We strive to deliver high-quality, custom-made products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

Turnaround Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped. We’ll notify you via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate of $10 AUD for all orders.
  • Flat rate of $25 AUD applies to all international orders.

Shipping Times

Domestic - Estimated delivery time is 2–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International - Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to customs or international transit times.

Tracking
All orders come with tracking information, which will be provided once your package is on its way.

Additional Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Each of our products is custom-made to order, and as such, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details (including names, colours, and sizes) are correct before completing your purchase.

No Cancellations or Changes
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded, as production begins shortly after confirmation.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive safely. In the rare event your item is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please Note:

  • Minor imperfections are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered faults.
  • Returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or design dissatisfaction due to user error will not be accepted.
